William Hague Latest Minister To Become Insane.

In an interview with Andrew Neil tonight William Hague became the latest minister to reveal that he is stark raving mad. Asked about Britain's zero growth over the last nine months he replied; "That is growth." Asked about why the Tories have actually added to rather than diminishing Britain's national debt he replied; "We have actually reduced the debt by borrowing more." We asked a leading economist for his view. "The Tories simply cannot face the truth that the Thatcherite experiment has been a disastrous failure and that it is now over. The insane idea that making rich people richer by unleashing their greed and selfishness through deregulation will create more wealth for us all has been proven beyond all reasonable doubt to be dangerously wrong. Their reaction has been to be even more Thatcherite and this has driven the economy to the edge of the abyss. Refusing to even look over the edge they are reduced to simply appealing for us all to be optimistic. And that's it - there is nothing left in their bag of tricks."
