Mervyn King Describes Economic Disaster As "Worse Ever."

Talking bout the world's economic armageddon Melvyn King told the BBC that it was; "The worst since the last time an unregulated finance industry destroyed the world economy in the 1930's" We asked George Osborne, rumoured to be Chancellor of the Exchequer, for his reaction; "Well, there can be no doubt that the last Labour government was solely responsible for the world economic crisis and that banks had nothing to do with it at all. They were also responsible for not regulating the industry that had nothing to do with the disaster and, in order to redress this problem, we propose to deregulate the finance industry even more. We feel that this strategy will instill confidence in the system - or at least confuse people so much that they stop trying to understand it." David Cameron, part-time Prime Minister of Britain, was quick to support his Chancellor; "The Chancellor of the Exchequer, who may or may be not George Osborne, has my full support in his courageous efforts to muddy the waters as much as possible. Meryn King is, of course, independent of government and is free to tell the truth, but I'm afraid that Tories don't have that luxury. In response to his suggestion that the economic disaster is the worst in the history of the world we've decided to ban the teaching of history in schools. That, we firmly believe, will relieve the problem."
