Liam Fox On Yet Another Junket With Adam Werritty.

Despite Liam Fox's denials that his close friend, Adam Werritty, has had inaapropriate access to the Ministry of Defence, his friend has been seen with him on a junket to Sri Lanka this summer. This, despite Werritty's involvement in a blackmail scandal in the United States, allegations that he has been usuing his realtionship with Mr.Fox to broker dodgy deals and denials from the MOD that Werritty has any official status whatsoever. Strangely enough Mr.Werritty only began to take an interest in the defence industry when Mr.Fox became Minister of Defence and had previously persued a rather murky career in the health industry - coincidentaly when Mr.Fox was the Tory shadow minister for health. Questioned on the BBC today Liam Fox tried his best to not answer questions and virtuoulsy repeated the mantra "I have asked my Parliamentary secretary to look into what I've been up to because I haven't a clue." He twice refused to answer the question "Did you know that Mr.Werritty carries a business card that describes him as an "Advisor to the Rt.Hon Liam Fox, MP" and embossed with the Parliamentary device of a portcullis?" "Unfortunately I was struck partially blind earlier this year," Mr.Fox eventually told the interviewer, "and have been unable to see anything that might embarass me ever since. However, any allegations about wrong doing are completely untrue and more than likely."
