Ian Duncan Smith Declared Officially Insane.

In a dramatic development at the Tory party conference Ian Duncan Smith was rugby tackled to the ground on stage by aides as he declared "we are the party of the poor." We asked one of the aides what happened. "It was terrible. He was giving a speech about the causes of social breakdown, which we all know is due to a "feral underclass" when he suddenly declared that we are the party of the poor. The audience just looked at one another for a moment and then a ripple of jangling jewelry ran through it and we knew we had trouble on our hands. We managed to wrestle IDS to the ground before a riot erupted, but there were several casualities amongst the audience. Three of the "blue rinse set" had severe attacks of the vapours and one member of the "angry of Tumbridge Wells" tendency had to be taken to hospital when his head exploded." We asked the part-time Prime Minister, David Cameron, for his comments; "It's always sad when a member of the party gets a sudden attack of conscience or becomes delusional in front of large audience. We're used to Boris doing it on a regular basis and there have been worrying signs from IDS lately, but no one expected this. We might have to have him put down."
