Ken Clarke Declares War on Feral Upper Class.

In a surprise speech before the Tory conference today the Home Secretary, Ken Clarke, has declared war on the "feral upperclass." "During the recent banking crisis we discovered that many of the bankers were repeat offenders who had often committed ten frauds or more. They represent a feral upper class that is large, is growing and should be diminished. The recent scandal in parliament has also shown that many MP's are repeat offenders too, stealing whatever they can get their hands on, snorting coke and avoiding tax wherever they can. Many of these people employ advisors to tell them how to get away with these crimes and I am determined to stop such practices. Oh, sorry conference wrong speech - that was my defence speech in case I'm ever arraigned for crimes against humanity. Now where's my "Feral Underclass" speech?"
