British Business Wakens From Coma.

British business leaders have today begun to wake up and understand that the Tories are not on their side. We asked our business editor for his view; "After 18 months of the Tories doing their best to destroy demand in Britain they have done their best to destroy it in Europe and business must ask themselves the question, "What do the Tories want exactly?" They don't seem interested in businesses that supply the home market and seem to have no regard for those that export to Europe. Their liking for the banks is evident, but how is that supposed to benefit business when the banks seem intent on pocketing as much money as possible and little else? Even multinationals have been left scratching their heads. Why would any of them choose to come to a Britain that seems intent on severing all ties to its biggest customers? The answer to the riddle can't be found in terms of business. It was politics pure and simple and, what's worse, it was internal Tory politics and nothing else. There is no sacrifice that the Tories will not expect others to make in order to protect themselves and their insane xenophobic policies. Britain needs to wake up. The Tories have only one interest - themselves."
